Storage licence terms

1. The licence to occupy
These terms govern your licence to occupy a storage unit. This is a licence, not a lease or tenancy — it grants no security of tenure under the Landlord and Tenant Act.
2. Licence fee
The licence fee is billed every 4 weeks, VAT included, at the price shown when you booked. We give advance notice of any change.
3. Ending the agreement
You may end your licence by giving the notice set out in your agreement. We issue a final licence-fee statement — there are no penalties for leaving.
