When to use this form
Complete and return this form only if you wish to cancel your storage licence within your 14-day cancellation period. You do not have to use this form — a clear statement to us by phone, email, or letter cancels just as validly — but the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Schedule 3) set out this form for you to use if you wish.
